Material Quality Inspection System Based On Things

Quality control is one of the most important aspects in manufacture business.It directly correlated to cost of product and sales of product.Under computing environment,an artificial intelligent quality control system is established by using PaaS(Platform-as-a-Service)which combines online and offline operations to get desired quality control,quality testing and decision making.In this project,a large number of medium and small size companies are surveyed.Material quality inspection mode during production of such enterprise has been analysised detailedly,material quality inspection system based on Internet of Things has been proposed,and a open source based platform is established to do the quality control.It provides central quality control especially in control data source and uniformity and testing standard.This system can provide analyze for quality of incoming raw material and quality of finishing product.It is very useful to support internal decision-making,managing suppliers and customers.This system cloud based AI includes the following functions: Manage daily operation,Manage suppliers and customers,Manage manufacturing tools,Quality test planning,Project management and so on.The overall architecture of the system,the appropriate technical architecture,source distribution architecture and hardware architecture are introduced detailedly.It discusses the implementation process of the material quality inspection system.Database design is showed in system's analysis,and it focuses on the design approach of dimension databases.Hopefully,this can provide a unique quality control tool that can improve standardized procedures,better decision-making and improvement the efficiency.In the long term,this tool will help business to better its competiveness.
