With the continuous development of the global chemical industry,the scope of application of industrial gases is more and more widespread,and the consequent leakage of poisonous and harmful gases also occurs from time to time,this requires effective gas inspection in industrial production in order to ensure the safe production of chemical industry.In the traditional chemical industry,the daily inspection of toxic and harmful gases is carried out by manual monitoring or inspection point monitoring.Manual monitoring requires the participation of inspectors,Once an accident occurs,the life safety of inspectors will receive a huge threat;The monitoring point of inspection point is fixed,and the coverage area is limited.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional inspection and the practical application scenarios,this paper designs a intelligent inspection robot with toxic and harmful gases.By combining the wireless transmission with the inspection terminal,the control terminal and the cloud,data acquisition and monitoring can be performed on the four poisonous and harmful gases Cl2,CO,NO2 and SO2 in the industrial field in real time.Raspberry pie and STM32F103ZET6 work together as the inspection system end processing chip.Designed the gas concentration acquisition circuit,temperature and humidity acquisition circuit,the motor drive circuit and other circuits.The monitoring cameras,5.8G transmission module and 4G cellular mobile communication module are used to monitor the conventional temperature and humidity environment parameters and the concentration of four toxic and harmful gases.At the same time,the video camera is used to collect the video information of the inspection site,and the real-time display is performed on the control terminal after the concentration information and the video information are transmitted through the cloud by wireless transmission.Control side as an interactive part,joined the 5.8G map transmission module,4G cellular mobile communication module,video display module and configuration screen.Mainly for the inspection terminal sends back the concentration of information and video information display,at the same time send control commands,in order to achieve the patrol terminal remote control and status monitoring.The cloud uses the public cloud One NET,including the video cloud and data cloud,which responsible for video information,concentration information,control instruction forwarding.The entire intelligent inspection system in the actual environment tested data communications,obstacle crossing ability,driving speed,communication distance and so on.Test results show that the inspection side has the strong ability to adapt to the environment,flexible operation,data acquisition fast and efficient,stable control terminal,which meets the overall design requirements.
