Study On Problems Of Achival Information Network Communication

In the contemporary era,the network communication has gradually become the main way of the information dissemination.Therefor,the archival information subject should be spread by make full use of the advantages of the network communication,and enhance the power,expand the outreach,deepen the levels,strengthen the effect of transmisson by ways of broaden its route and enrich its forms.This paper takes the transmission of archival information network for research object,surveys its current situation.Then analyzes the problems in network communication and the reason why.Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures to achieve the effective dissemination of archives information in the environment of network communication.This paper will be divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly uses communication theory to discuss the background,significance,methods,difficulties,innovation point and the domestic and overseas research status of the archival information network communication.The second part is the first chapter.This part mainly explains the meaning of archival information,archival information communication,archival information network communication.Then establishes a theoretical basis for the later discuss by analyzing its elements from five aspects:source,subject,medium,audience and the feedback.The third part is the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of archival information network communication.Firstly,the paper discusses its necessity from two levels:theory and practice.Then expounds its feasibility from rapid,diversified forms and massive information etc.The next three parts are the main body of article.This part mainly work through the investigation and statistics of the current status of five network medium:archival information websites,WeChat official accounts,archival blogsµblogs,mobile archives,sum up 8 current problems in external transmission environment,subject,medium,audience,and then explores the reason.Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures from both objective and subjective sides,thus promoting the development of the archival information network communication.The seventh part is the conclusion.
