In order to realize corporate development strategies,the corporate education and training shall play an important role in cultivating and forging a high-level and highly skillful talent team.By an unremitting effort in conducting education and training,enterprises can enhance qualities and skills of their employees,thus constantly increasing their talent-oriented core competencies.The strategic significance of the corporate education and training has been widely recognized and self-evident.However,there emerges increasing shortcomings of traditional training models,and a lack of information system supporting related businesses.The following visions are in urgent need to be backed by a training management system:optimizing the overall quality of employees,accelerating the building of three types of personnel featuring mixed-model operational administration,creative professional technique,and pragmatic operational skill,and gradually building and improving the training and function mechanism for employees,in the purpose of striving to reach the business objective of building a pragmatic,effective,and systematic training system.The thesis,regarding the above problems,on the basis of concepts of online education and related services,designs and achieves the corporate training management system,with major contents as follows:First,the paper designs and achieves the corporate training management system,setting such functional modules as trainee center,lecturer center,training management,lecturer management,class management,resource management,examination management,data management,statistical report,website management,and system management;Secondly,the thesis based on the software engineering concept,gives a systematic introduction to the demand analysis,detailed design,system realization and system testing process regarding the training management system;Finally,adopting Java language and developed based on the J2EE technical structure,the system enjoys a friendly interface and is easy to operate for users after a simple training.The system as a set of training platform that integrates resource management,online learning,examination and practice,investigation and assessment,summary and statistics,renders functions for employees like online learning,satisfies corporate demands for remote training,and supports training management businesses.Considering its positive effect in enhancing IT application of the training management business,it is worthwhile for enterprises to use and promote.
