The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Training Management System Based On SOA

In current environment, more and more company realized that the employee is the most important resources to the company. It is basic point for company human resources enhancement and it also the basic point for improving company competitive power. So to develop training program and provide continuously training to employee within company can help company obtaining high efficiency operation and high speed growing. Currently, most of company is facing more and more training requirement, to provide training via network training system is the best choice for the company. The mentioned network training system in my paper can help company achieve following points:·The trainee can control training site and schedule by themselves·The trainee can access training and select training topic based on self requirement·The trainee can select training medias or method freely·To achieve training record management automatically by systemSOA is the best way to get above mentioned result.Based on the practice of building up LMS in RAISECOM,the article discusses how to deploy LMS in enterprise using SOA to meet the training requirement adequately. This paper mainly carries on the following several works:1. Explaining necessaries of using network training tools for rapid growing company2. Introduced company training requirement, the problems of old training model, and explained the advantage of new training model3. Introduced concept of SOA in particular, SOA history, and comparison between SOA and other training tools4. Design the architecture and main modules of the training management system5. Introduce implement of the training management system, and showed some GUI.
