The "100,000+" Wechat Scam

This thesis,by means of the form of news works,focuses on the role of WeChat public number's operators,investors,advertisers and regulators in the process of content realization,outlining the general situation of the industry development.This thesis also discusses some industry-focused issues.The first section of this thesis stresses on the coexisting status of fire heat and bottleneck in the We Media industry in the form of news works,through five aspects of creating trend,realization boom,capital game,scalping chaos and regulatory dilemma.This section also highlights many industry problems by interviews with some public numbers' operators,investors,advertisers and regulators.On this basis,the second section "the existing problems and corespondent solutions in the supervision of WeChat public number advertising" discusses the author's observation and reflection in this field from the aspects of the existing problems,supervision difficulties,correspondent solutions and strategies.This section also points out that it is necessary to solve the problem by making detailed and refined regulations for we media,building and perfecting the credit mechanism,innovating the regulatory approach and seeking external supervision.The interview notes in the third section of this thesis focuses on reviewing the interviews with the operators,investors and advertisers,operating team and scalping intermediary agent as well as regulators,presenting the position,attitude and choice of the stakeholders in the industry game from different aspects.
