The Design And Development Of College's Financial Management System

Financial management is the college's accounting departments' activities that various funding flow and operation management.College's financial management has different business processes needle for different applications,the current financial management system is relatively solidified and hard to adjust for changes in business processes,it make many obstacles to the daily financial management.In view of the problems existing in the process of the college's financial management,the business process modeling and management technology is introduced.Variable business process architecture based on Web service is constructed,it regulate the financial management process according to the actual demand,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the financial management.The present situation of the college's financial management is researched and analyzed,and put forward the solution based on the network and information data exchange,and establish the college's financial management system based on the business process.The main work in this paper include: one is research the technology of variable business process management,implement the overall system architecture based on service oriented architecture technology,make good use SOA to package the function service,construct the bases of variable business process management,design and implement of business process modeling tool to make convenient for users to edit and update the model according to the change of the business process,verify and evaluate the business process model based on Rete algorithm;two is design and realize the main function of the college's financial management system,analysis the function requirements of the system using the software engineering requirements techniques,analysis performance demand of the system from the perspective of practical application,and on these basis,construct the function architecture,data architecture,physical deployment architecture etc.of the system;the third is design and development of the financial management system based on web,look at the variable business process management module as the center,meet the needs of the user as the goal,using C# language,realized distributed application model,to solve the problems that current financial management system operation is not flexible,and affect the work efficiency;four is establish static model and dynamic model using unified modeling language in the process of system design and implementation,follow with the related theory and technology of software engineering,and standard the development process of the system.The design and implementation of college's financial management system based on variable business process,solve the shortcoming that traditional financial management system will difficult to change when the process once determined,it can flexibly to meet financial management needs in the different applications fields,it has good practical value.On the other hand,the Rete algorithm is introduced to the study the variable business process,used to evaluate the business process.
