Integrated Of University Financial Information Systems Analysis And Design

The new mode of integrated financial information management for colleges and universities in China, which was inspired by the ideas and technology of business and advanced management in the world, has been proposed in this paper. Based on digestion and absorption of the novel management philosophy and techniques, the author analyzed the traditional shortcomings of universities’financial management in our country, and reengineered business process applying the theory of financial restructuring business processes.The feasibility of the mode has been practiced from four respects in-depth demonstrations by means of information. The practice includes networking and storage systems (campus network environment, cross-regional, high-security financial network construction), integration of financial operations (the types of financial business process optimization, restructuring, and implementation of information systems integration), project-based funding management (all types of funds in the form of tracking project management, budget management as the core of the funding before, during and after the full management, improving capital efficiency and achieving dynamic control of funds and risk prevention), financial decision support (data mining techniques, for different users with decision support information).The integrated financial information system for colleges and universities proposed in this paper has a high feasibility to achieve the true sense of the seamless, efficient, process optimization, financial management ideas. It also can effectively promote the reform of the financial management system, promote financial services process rationalization and standardization of financial work to improve financial efficiency and quality, and strengthen financial management and budget control, reduce errors in decision making, improve fund use efficiency. The novel system provides the necessary idea and technical supports to improve overall educational quality and social benefits of colleges and universities in China.
