Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Business Integration Platform Based On SOA For Bureau Of Industry And Commercial

The development of e-government is an effective method to change the current management situation, enhance operation efficiency and spur the economical and general development. At present, the main obstacle of e-government is the information islands among various governmental departments, the bad scalability, the bad interactive and the heterogeneous platform, as a result, the availability of data is low, the Maintenance is difficult, the integration ability is very bad, which badly prevent the development of e-government. Service oriented architecture (SOA) and Web Service's popularity give us a perfect solution to resolve the above problems.According to the research of SOA relative theory, we can summarize some design principle and approach, and propose a developing model, which is based on layer, and then summarize and improve the realization for each layer to make the model more effective.Finally according to the demand to construct the comprehensive business integration platform for Bureau of Industry and Commercial, combines the relative theory of service oriented architecture and the hierarchical programming model, analyze the functions and workflow, then design the UI layer and business logic layer and data persistence layer in detail, and introduce the publish and management for service of the integrated platform. At last according to the integration model of SOA, integrate the service of the different layers, implement the comprehensive business integration platform for Bureau of Industry and Commercial.
