Research On Deepening The Service Of Special Literature Resources In The Library

Special literature refers to a special type of literature with specific purpose and content,published in special channels,including patent,standards,conference papers,dissertations,technical reports,government publications etc..Special literature with high information value are rich in the latest hot and high-end intelligence on industry frontier and development trend.It has very high guidance and reference value for scientific research and production construction,but it's not easy collect and use because of the large number,flexible ways of publishing,and unfixable publishing frequency changing.The special literature has become one of the three most important sources of information,the other two are books and periodicals.In the face of the special literature resources needed,sometimes,it's difficult to collect,and sometimes it's difficult to make the best use of them.The purpose of this study is to know more about our understanding and use of special literature,and improve the utilization efficiency of special literature on the basis,explore and develop new ideas and methods of special literature service for scientific research and production.This paper starts from systematic literature research and review on the aspects of special literature resource service evaluation,special literature resource service condition and the reasons,special literature resources service ways and how to improve the special literature resources service.Consulting and usage situation,user expectation and satisfaction,economic benefits are the important standards to measure the service situation of special literature resources;special literature resources service has accumulated a lot of experience,but there are still weak points.Librarians' language ability,professional ability,the development and promotion of special literature and the expenditure have a very big impact on the special literature resources services;the approaches to improve the special literature resources service include the systematic special collection construction,comprehensive processing,computer network technology application,orderly management of the special literature resources,strengthening intelligence team construction and other aspects and aspects.On this basis,a variety of methods such as literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,SWOT analysis method,combining the theory of knowledge transfer are used,given the SWOT strategy matrix.The SO strategy(advantage,opportunity combination),ST strategy(advantage and threat combination),WO strategy(weakness,opportunity combination)and WT strategy(weakness and threat combination)are obtained.Based on the special literature resources of A library as the research object,questionnaire survey was.conducted on A Library.SWOT analysis about A library was done combined with the method of literature research and interviews,on the basis of knowledge transfer theory,and obtained the development strategy of special literature resources service in A library.Based on the above results,this paper gives some constructive opinions and suggestions on the further development of the special literature resources service,the further development of library resources are special literature service of constructive opinions and suggestions in the future special literature resources service plays a role of inspiration and promotion,in order to play a role in the development of special literature resources service in the future.
