In recent years,robots have gradually developed from industrial applications to life applications.Intelligent robots began to enter into people's lives,bring a lot of convenience to people.People in the improvement of quality of life at the same time,more and more people choose to go to the library to enjoy the pleasure of reading.In the book search system to query the relevant information on the book,but in the corresponding position of the book can not find the relevant books.In this case,the book is either misplaced,or is lost and the information in the query system is not updated in time.In order to solve this problem to developed the intelligent book inventory robot.It is a kind of intelligent robot combined with the networking technology.Using intelligent robot automatic scanning of book inventory on the shelves of books,to get the book details and can quickly update the position of the books information,so as to make it easier for readers to quickly find relevant books,also convenient for the library staff to sort out books.The content described in this article is a fundamental part of a intelligent book inventory robot.Robot adopts modular design,in order to be able to play the role of each module to facilitate the operation of the robot control,but also for the application of the robot to reserve the relevant program interface.So the design of the corresponding robot software control system was implemented.At the same time the system includes the remote communication protocol,in the remote client through the remote communication can monitor the robot.And by switching the communication address,to achieve the local application program interface.The robot is composed of the chassis drive module,sensor module,lifting module,positioning module and host computer module.According to the robot operation scene and the function of logic design the control instruction.The software control system realizes the designed control instruction function.The application software program can realize the robot logical function call through the interaction with the software control system.In the process of designing the software control system of the intelligent inventory robot,the first thing to consider is how to design the software control system based on the hardware modular design method,and at the same time need to make sure that the loosening of the robot software control system program.In the process of realizing the logic function of the intelligent book inventory robot,the separation between the page and the logic,the logical and the data separation way ensures that the robot can quickly interact with each module.At the same time,in order to realize the function of remote communication,a remote communication protocol based on UDP is designed for the system.Intelligent book inventory robot's core function is to ensure that the robot can receive motion instructions in accordance with the desired after the automatic movement.The intelligent robot's mobile foundation base is to obtain the correct positioning module data,at the same time according to the positioning information in a timely manner to adjust the robot's movement,so as to realize the autonomous movement of the intelligent robot.The software control system of the intelligent book inventory robot is written in C#language.Based on the serial port communication and positioning to achieve the autonomy of the robot,by means of Bluetooth communication robot to achieve remote control mobile,based on the UDP protocol to achieve the remote control of robots or local program communication control.
