In this article, there are 16 sorts of interface and implementing and deploying documents, which were illuminated and demonstrated with code in respectively.Modeling technique is very useful in the process of system development. The function of the pattern is simplifying the complicated information. We complete the analysis and design on the inventory system operational pattern, system pattern, logical pattern using Rational ROSE modeling tool。It can define the operational demand describing in the natural language accurately with UML chart. It also try to define the method of classify and property in the program.Two functions will be implement on scheming management and in-out management for materials after analyzing and settling the demand being put forward by the department of post materials. The system can declare collect and verify on province-city-county through the management. It also can adjust scheme and create order form automatically. The 14 in-out proof operation voucher are redesigned in the providing management of the materials according to the work process after online in the province. It can create 10 operation voucher automatically through recreating operation flow。That will be very convenient for the registers. The stork account books include the account for future reference registered on in-out goods actually and the account list financial registered according to the information of balance.
