Research And Analysis Of Software System Of Library Book Inventory

This paper analyzes the background of the library book inventory software system based on RFID, the significance, current research and application status of the project, describes the system development methods and related technologies. This paper proposes the design goals of the system, and a detailed requirements analysis for the system has been carried out including business requirements, functional requirements and data requirements. This paper puts forward business process diagram, and through using case diagram and the concept map of the system a general introduction of some parts is given. In business analysis, the organizational framework of the library and the original operation flow are analyzed,and bring forward the modified business processes.In functional analysis, The function of the system has been confirmed by the analysis and description of the use case. The overall function and sub-function package diagram of the system has been given including books inventory, sort, search, put on shelves, moving books from the shelves, pull off shelves, weeding book collection, layer labels, shelf labels, basic data management, system management and so on. In the data analysis, Through analyzing the data required to be processed for the various functions of the system, entity relationship diagram is given, and a database table structure is established. Finally, the research and analysis of the work are summarized, and the further work is prospected.
