In recent years,with the development of society and economy,logistics network expands quickly.The increasing of transport vehicles has brought a huge impact to our transportation control system.Only to develop a reasonable management plan can alleviate the effects of an increasing number of vehicles to the road traffic.It also has become a major problem of our society.Vehicle monitoring and dispatching system is an important part of intelligent transportation and a concentration of a multi-function as one of the management system.It can not only ensure the vehicle coordination operation,the rationality of the scheduling command,but also can greatly improve the efficiency of vehicles.Thus ensure the safety of the transportation vehicles and reduce the influence of transport vehicles to transport.This article mainly expounds from the following several aspects:First of all,the thesis analyzes the key technology mainly used in the current vehicle monitoring and dispatching system,including positioning technology,communication technology and etc,and then comparing with the advantages and disadvantages,this article adopts GPS/DR to fix the vehicle,and uses the'CDMA2000 network complete the data interaction between the vehicle mobile terminals and Monitoring and dispatching center.Secondly,the system composition,working process and the principle was presented.Then combining with the characteristic and functional requirement of the vehicle monitoring and dispatching system with time windows,we determine to use C/S architecture and then complete the development work,including the communication module,the ORACLE database management module and PC client module of monitoring and dispatching.At the same time,we complete the research on vehicle scheduling problem with time windows by using tabu search algorithm.Finally,by making the actual environment,I complete the test of each function of the system and finished the validation of the vehicle monitoring and dispatching system,mainly including real-time monitoring of vehicle position tracking,a certain period of time historical trajectory playback and verification on the rationality of vehicle scheduling,etc.Then,the existing problems are analyzed on the basis of the test results.In general,the paper proposes a method of realizing the monitoring dispatching system in logistics distribution based on the study of key technology of JDBC?ODE.NET?ORACLE.After the test,we find the system working performance is stable and has a better reliability in practical application.
