Coming to the 21 st century, people's life has improved substantially. The mobile Internet, automotive industry, cinema are developing rapidly, and electronic product as their terminal has been fleetly and entirely improved.People need more comprehensive and better function about the electronic products. The loudspeaker which is frequently used in the mobile phone, tablet, fever acoustics, fashion headphones, car audio and other electronic products,is required to have better sound effect.Nevertheless, its heating effect restricts the further development. The unceasing increasing of the electronic components' current density leads to a large amount of heat accumulation condition. Therefore,it is the most important thing to design a loudspeaker that owning high performance and reliable quality for a company. The loudspeaker is a kind of electro-acoustic transducer with low efficiency for it turning most of the input electric power into heat. With the internal temperature rising,it will cause the loudspeaker characteristic parameters to change, power to be compressed, even to burn down especially for micro loudspeaker.Consequently, the heating effect of the loudspeaker has always been the hot spot of the electro-acoustic research.First of all, this article simply introduces the loudspeaker types, structure and the main physical parameters and its significance, and analyzes the loudspeaker form of three types of heat transfer on the basis of the working principle of the loudspeaker based on heat transfer theory.Secondly, based on the equivalent circuit method regard the loudspeaker unit as a lumped parameter circuit, this article analyses the linear and nonlinear thermal model of the loudspeaker, and gets the influence of performance through analysis of the temperature on thermal model of loudspeaker T/S parameters.By means of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,it sets up a loudspeaker voice coil and diaphragm SolidWorks model and carries on the grid, calculates the steady temperature field distribution of the loudspeaker, proves the thermal conductivity of a loudspeaker voice coil. Finally,it obtained a test method of measuring loudspeaker working temperature via the theoretical basis of loudspeaker linear thermal model combined with the loudspeaker power test system.Through analysis of the loudspeaker thermal model, this paper not only explores the ANSYS Workbench software used for loudspeaker thermal effect problem, but also measures the operating temperature of the loudspeaker through the loudspeaker power test system. It provides a theoretical basis for the reliability design of the loudspeaker, and offers reference for the loudspeaker of the finite element software aided design.
