Loudspeaker is a kind of inefficient electronic transducer, the efficiency of the transformation between the electrical energy and the sound energy is very low. Most of the electricity would be converted into heat energy by the joule effect, with the heat rising, the high temperature of the voice coil and other parts and finally damage them and eventually lead to the damage of the loudspeaker. With the development of the acoustic technology, better sound and quality are required more and more highly, which require the loudspeaker has a broader dynamic range,a better transient response,a broader and flatter frequency response. The loudspeaker also should bear bigger power and have the characteristics of high fidelity,it involves the study of the reliability of the loudspeaker category, the most direct way is to analyze the effects of fatigue reliability. Therefore, for the loudspeaker thermal effect and fatigue effect research becomes very meaningful. The research object of this article is the common square mini loudspeaker(1511)on the market at present. This research revolves around thermology and mechanics theory to the loudspeaker.Though the simulation analysis of thermal effect and fatigue effect of the loudspeaker model, the conclusions provides a certain theory basis for the subsequent structure design and optimization of the loudspeaker voice coil.Firstly, the article stated the system structure, classification and its working principle of the loudspeaker in detail, built the 3D model through the 3D drawing software SolidWorks2012.Analysising the cooling process of the loudspeaker through the software ANSYS Workbench 14.0.And calculated the steady state temperature distribution of the loudspeaker, which reflects the 3D temperature field distribution inside the loudspeaker intuitively.Combined with the fatigue analysis of the theoretical knowledge,in the ANSYS Workbench 14.0 structure statics analysis was carried out,and then completed the fatigue analysis of the research content. Finally, experiments were carried out on the loudspeaker power test system, the experiment shows that the finite element analysis is feasible and reliable of loudspeaker. The loudspeaker performance provides a basis for further research.88 charts,7 tables,57 references.
