With the development of computer networks and communication technologies and a wide range of applications in the medical field, the scale of medical information systems continue to expanding and the degree of specialization continue to increasing, various medical institutions at different stages of development and gradually deploy a large number of medical information systems. The rapid development of hospital services, outpatient, inpatient surgical volume and rapid increase in the amount of other indicators, exert increasing pressure on the core bussiness modules of hospital information system. The effective coordination of thousands of terminals running for the IT department of the hospital is a huge challenge. In order to meet the needs of medical informatization and the integration of medical data from different medical information systems, the problems which to solve the integration of medical information has become a hot and difficult in the field of informationizing. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1. With repect to isolated information system, heterogeneous data structures, uncertain communication standards and difficulty in achieve cross-department etc., an integrated medical information system integration platform which based on cloud computing technology and make use of the data center is presented in this paper and core business layer uses Ensemble integration software as an integrated platform。By implementing a discrete isolated medical information systems of all kinds of heterogeneous clinical information sharing, integration and application integration to improve operational efficiency, management efficiency of the hospital, so that you can work efficiently coordinated between the various systems.2. With repect to data storage and recall difficulties,With repect to isolated information system, This paper presents the underlying data center uses a distributed data storage and parallel computing technologies Hadoop storage cluster. With research and analysis of existing scheduling algorithms of Hadoop platform, then improve resource scheduling algorithms for medical small files of data, and finally by carrying the effectiveness of the experimental platform for algorithm simulation. The results show improved resource scheduling efficiency.The combination of cloud computing of technology and medical information integration technology must be providing a new impetus to the informationizing and sharing of medical information and the improving of the quality of medical services hospital management level, and will promote the development of the entir medical information. To some extent, alleviate the problem of difficulty and high cost to access medical service.
