With the development of the national health care system, the medical and healthinformation construction have make a great success in recent years. And graduallyformed the three layers of medical service system including: the national level,provincial level and regional level. There are their own standards, data andinformation systems in each layer. Especially in the process of the construction ofregional health information, the information resources’ function, position and objectare different, so they usually cannot be shared and be called effectively. This caused agreat waste of resources and also reduced the business of health care. In order to solvethe problem of health information sharing, one effective solution is to build ainformation sharing platform, which can affect all the area. Through the healthinformation sharing platform, we can provide information for the regional healthservice timely, provide business collaboration and resource management.At present, information sharing platform mostly relies on a regional data center.And there are a number of technologies in the process of building the informationsharing platform, including the virtual technology, resource scheduling technology,data integration technology, system architecture technology etc.. Especially throughthe virtualization, the information sharing platform can make the physical facilitiesabstract, that can avoid all sorts of problems in the process of the construction of theplatform due to the deployment of physical resources; through the resourcescheduling policy can achieve real-time scheduling of resource requests; through theCloud Computing Architecture can make the system developers use the most simpleway to realize complicated system function.The main research point in the paper including the analysis of the currentsituation in the process of regional health information construction, the analysis of the types, characteristics about information sharing platform’ resources. And according tothe calculation of virtualization and cloud technology designed a regional informationsharing architecture platform which to meet the health status in the area. At the sametime, we present a construction of electronic health records architecture anddeployment scheme based on this platform. Finally, a resource scheduling strategynamed RA_WLC was proposed through the analysis of relevant information, whichcan dispatch resources timely and effectively. In short, the virtualization, cloudcomputing and the resource scheduling can promote the development of regionalhealth information.
