In the process of global educational information,streaming media technology in the field of education has been widely used.Web-based distance education system provides a wealth of information resources,a friendly interactive performance,and also has excellent characteristics such as open,people are getting their attention,and gradually developed into a mature new forms of education.Transfering media files in the network of modern distance education system are important technical problems.Streaming media has the advantages of small volume,stream transmission,less resource consumption,shorter waiting time,more media types,low cost,compression ratio and so on,which provides an effective solution for modern distance education system.At the same time,the paper analyzes the multi streaming media video scheduling algorithm.The algorithm is analyzed and the optimization method is pointed out.Finally,the algorithm is proved to be feasible.On the basis of referring to a lot of relevant literature and research achievements,this paper focuses on the characteristics of modern distance education and streaming media technology,and focuses on the characteristics of modern distance education and streaming media technology,and designs and develops a remote education system based on streaming media technology.In this paper,we study the algorithm of the scheduling algorithm,and optimize the algorithm based on the periodic patching algorithm,and apply it to the remote education system.In this paper,we design and implement a modern distance education system based on MVC,Spring,Struts and Hibernate.System includes four main functions: system management,curriculum resources management,online examination and online Q & A,which mainly includes user management and system settings.It provides a relatively flexible virtual classroom.The students can achieve the teaching quality.Online exam function modules reflect the teaching quality of the students,and further enrich the distance education system,which reflects the teaching quality of students.Although the periodic patching algorithm improves the control of the system in order to generate the multicast stream,the control force is obviously insufficient.Once the user requests for a stream of media files are too frequent,it is possible to generate a system to generate too many patches;the system performance will be affected.In this paper,we can find that the algorithm is optimized by using the periodic patch algorithm,and the time interval of each multicast stream is proposed.The system generates a shared patch stream within each group.
