With the rapid development of network technology and computer applications widely accessible, Web-based multimedia long-distance education development to the traditional educational methods has brought profound changes. Streaming media courseware on demand system as part of long-distance education, has integrated real-time and non-real-time , Who is complex, distribution and ensure the long-distance education has become a powerful accessional means and extension of traditional education.Some multimedia courseware on demand systems or live system exist inland and overseas, but the multimedia media courseware on demand system involves many key technologies, including the production of courseware technologies, the streaming media technologies and load balance technology. Although they has been in a relatively broad application in long-distance education, but the existing courseware on demand systems are still many shortcomings and deficiencies, such as immoderate human interface design, can not meet the long-distance distance needs;Or the playing quality is not high, even intermittent;And the system to respond slowly even collapse.In the light of the existing problems of courseware on demand system, text has in-depth researched on the basis of relevant literature and research results, made the corresponding solutions, and on this basis to implement a streaming media courseware on demand system.
