University Library Books Acquisition Based On Mobile Terminal Platform Analysis And Design

As a tool of transferring human knowledge, book is an important medium foracquiring knowledge. And library is our best way to get books. Especially in theuniversities, students and teachers have greater demand for books and higherrequirements for books management. Books acquisition, one of the many booksmanagement jobs, is often ignored by people. In order to meet the actual needs ofstudents and teachers, Tianjin University of Technology Zhonghuan InformationCollege decided to develop a books acquisition system suitable for the school.Through research, the development team finally decided to develop a booksacquisition system based onAndroid technology systems.The books acquisition system introduced in the paper is based on the needs ofbooks acquisition work. According to the current status and features of booksacquisition and guided by the thought of software engineering, the team developed asystem that meets the informationization requirement of books acquisition. This paperanalyzes the current status of books acquisition work, elaborating on a series ofexisting problems and purpose and meaning of the development of library acquisitionsystem.And briefly introduction of technologies used in the system.In the book system requirements analysis, we identified through needs analysisfunctions of the system is divided into two blocks, functions for ordinary users andfunctions for staff users. Ordinary users have access to user login, books inquiry,information publishing, collection recommendation, system management and etc.Staff functions include system management, books subscription management, booksorder management, funds management, acquisition data management, statistics andinformation analysis, books recommendation and etc. The overall design of thesystem is described, including the purpose, the system architecture design, the systemprocess design, the MT application design and tasks executed in the system. Finally,introduction of the interface diagrams of various functions in the system.After the system is put into use, students and teachers of the college will be ableto login in the system via mobile phones, view book information, recommend theirfavorite books and therefore the books acquisition work will be relatively simplified.
