With the continuous development of computer technology, its application has involved invarious fields of daily life. Educational administration management system of colleges anduniversities is one of the most widely used systems in universities daily management. Thescientific, informationization, standardization and humanization of the system play an importantrole in the development of colleges and universities. At the same time, the educationaladministration management system can effectively avoid the educational administration personnelengaging in heavy repetitive work, so that educational administration personnel can have moretime and energy to work to a new level. Therefore, the development and application ofmanagement system of colleges and universities has become the urgent need of educational work.After the full research of the involved area of college educational administrationmanagement, based on the past experience in development of information management systemcompare and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the C/S and B/S architecture. Thesubject from the point of view of software engineering puts forward a new educationaladministration management system design ideas based on C/S and B/S cross parallel architecture.Firstly, this paper provides the overall design mode of the educational administrationmanagement system, then makes a detailed demand analysis on each functional module of thesystem, establishes a complete UML architecture for the each module with visualizationarchitectureing tools Visio and provides a clear solution for the realization of a system function.Secondly, the critical modules of educational administration management system wereintelligent designed. In the course arrangement module, the introduction of the classic geneticalgorithm to complete intelligent arrangement task to ensure the the arrangement reasonable andscientific, besides, the course arrangement success rate is higher, and the workload of the classarrangement of educational administration personnel reduce greatly; In the curriculum-selectionmodule, the course-selection task completed with the improved voluntary screening algorithm forclassification that weight of the voluntary screening algorithm for classification, and makes thecourse selective more fair, more reasonable and more humane.Finally, this subject discusses the security mechanism and safety technology of educationaladministration management system, and proposes a design scheme that upgrades automaticallyrole-based access control for the date security of the security technology, flexible use of the accesscontrol mechanisms to further protect the system security.The C/S structure of educational administration management system takes Delphi7.0as adevelopment environment, uses SQL Server2005storage the relevant data of education; B/S structure through ASP.NET access the database, the establishment of Web service, realize the datareal-time sharing. The system runs stable, greatly improving the educational level of management,has a certain reference value.
