E-Graduate Educational Administration System Research & Development

A modeling method using UML based on RUP is researched in this paper. The methods to analyzing work-flow for business roles and to analyzing use case model driven by work-flow of business roles is proposed, and a concise modeling process using UML is defined in this thesis by author. Firstly, show out a graduate educational administration business model. Secondly, analysis and design the E-Graduate Educational Administration System (EGEAS) on the whole, which is composed of four subsystem, include graduate educational administration system, information portal system, content service system, and a platform supporting the running of EGEAS. The EGEAS has been realized on .NET framework. And Web service technique is used to design and realize it.The methods and techniques used to analyze, design and realize the EGEAS, and the Software Development Process (SDP) that has been used to develop EGEAS is discussed in this paper in detail. The Graduate Educational Administration Business Management System (GEABAS), subsystem of EGEAS, is Analyzed and designed with UML in this thesis.
