Nowadays,emergency responses are regular missions for every governments and social organizations.It is very important to guarantee the validity and feasibility of emergency plans.Computer simulation can demonstrate the behavior of mission participants using all kinds of resources,and can be propitious to statistical analysis using simulation data.It is a very efficient tool to analyze complex mission.And Computer simulation is becoming a leading way to demonstrate and verify emergency plans.The goal of this thesis is designing and implementing a computer simulation system for emergency plan demonstration and verification.In this thesis,system requirements are defined;techniques for designing and implementing this system are present;and the concrete problems in implementing are figured out.Firstly,requirements for demonstrating and verifying emergency plan are defined based on the theory of military operations other than war.From the view of properties,processes and affecting factors of emergency mission,it is very similar between emergency mission and military operations other than war.So,this thesis characterizes emergency mission based on the view of military operations other than war,and complete requirement analysis based on the theory of military operations other than war.Secondly,a multi-layer simulation model for demonstrating and verifying emergency plan is presented based on the theories of multi-agent systems.Aiming at describe the spatial structure evolvement of complex system,the virtues and defects of complex adaptive systems and multi-agent systems are analyzed.Taking advantages of discrete-event-driven simulation,a formal model of ABMS(Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation)is proposed.Based on the analysis of several model of agent organization and frameworks of computability,an extended simulation model is presented based on organization constitutional meaning and constrains.Thirdly,SOA-based synthesize methods are proposed for multi-techniques and multi-platforms.Service-Oriented Computing(SOC)is a new distributed computing paradigm which takes Service as basic computing elements.Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA),is a high level development method for distributed systems.This thesis presents a definition of SOA-based simulation,and proposes a ontology-driven simulation framework and a simulation architecture based on SOA.Finally,a demonstration and verification system for emergency plans is designed and implemented.
