Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Salary Management System

With the rapid development of social economy and computer technologies,especi ally for the emergence of network technologies,man has marched into the informatio n age.Nowadays,information,energy,materials have become three major resources.They have been penetrating in every field of our life,economy and society and have become important strategic resources for national economy and social development.While being the important part of enterprise Information management,the salary man agement has been increasingly important.So,by ways of making use of computers to efficiently finish the wage management of day-to-day affairs and to develop a set of salary management system for the purpose of automatic salary management it's a prer equisite condition for a enterprise to adapt to the requirements of modern enterprise s ystems,push the routine enterprise mangement to the scientific and standard manage ment,which will bring higher efficiency for the enterprise sector and fatter economic profits and even provide better technical support for the rapid development of enterpr ises.Nowadays,the development of the Web server technology makes developing the application of complex Web sever possible.The J2EE enterprise platform on the basis of B/S structure becomes the best scheme of current enterprise information management.Based on the existing salary management system and combining with the actual needs,the thesis analyzes and proves the key technologies and desining program of the salary mangement system.The system selects the currently popular lightweight framework Struts 2,Spring and Hibernate,and well integrates all the framework.The SHH2 integrates framework adopting multi-layer architecture,taking Struts 2 as MVC framework,Hibernate as the everlasting way for data obtaining and operating,Spring,as the core framework for getting support for the Hibernate through its IOC and AOP technology to agent the Action of Struts 2 and fulfill the fusion of the three frameworks.The system mainly realizes the basic functions,such as the user's login,salary management,time piecework management,piecework incentive management,payroll management,system maintenance and set account management,ect.At present,the enterprise salary management system has been in trial operation.It can greatly improve the efficiency of the financial department for it can control the whole complicated and trival salary management processes to realize the automation of the salary mangement.The performance of the system is satisfying becuase of its f riendly interface and easy operating way.Meanwhile,the system has also been prove d stable and secure.
