Logistical support is the China Southern power grid company "a strong three-excellent" development's important strength,but also "two transformations"essential components.In order to improve the efficiency of corporate management?innovation management and optimize business processes,we need for reform and innovation.A unified information platform based on consolidating logistics management can improve the quality of service to adapt to the rapid development of the company's need for logistical support,also promote logistics management and business process innovation and development in order to achieve the ultimate goal of high quality and efficiency.After years of informatization construction,electric power enterprises have formed numerous small and large information systems,but these systems are "on their own",islands of data and information are very serious.How to consolidate these systems is a problem of electric power enterprises,which needs to be solved urgently.Service-oriented architecture SOA(service-oriented architecture)is a component model,it will process different functional units linked by well-defined interfaces between these services.Interfaces are defined using neutral way,it is independent of implementation services hardware platforms,operating systems,and programming language.This allows build in all kinds of system services can use a unifying and universal way to interact;it is a good solution of the islands of data and information issues on a desert island.On the basis of studying the advanced framework concept,design principle and the realization technology of SOA,this thesis designed and implemented the power system logistics management information platform and built the B/S structure power system logistics management information platform with the use of the Web Service technology,which is the popular realization way and Oracle 11 database.There three main aspects of this study.Firstly the advantages the SOA application in information management and the application status both all over the world was introduced in detail.Secondly the feasibility and superiority of using SOA framework to build the power management system was verified.And at last the power system logistics management information platform was developed with the related tool and technology.The detail of the study is as follows.The implementation status of SOA technology all over the world was discussed and the advantages of applying SOA in the information management were analyzed.The power system logistic management information platform was overviewed and the demand analysis of power system logistic management information platform was studied.The various modules of the system and the system architecture was analyzed,and the detail design of the system and the final product display were explained.And finally the system was tested and operated on-line.The B/S three layers architecture was used in the system and a powerful combination of HTML+CSS+Ajax+Js was used in pages.The business logic was separated from the page and database operation layer,and the operation of database was handed over to the database persistence layer,which could make the system logic and framework architecture clear,and make the maintenance and extension easy.The persistence layer of the system focused on the operation of the database,which made the connection with the database safer,and kept the consistency with the data of each user.Database used the ADO.Net framework in the.Net framework,which was more convenient for developers to develop the system,ADO.Net was with XML at the core,and was perfectly compatible with the XML file,so a variety of functions could be finished with configurations.
