Design And Implementation Of Online Monitoring System For Hospital Energy Consumption

With the development of medical and health undertakings in our country,the construction scale of hospital and medical equipment have greatly improved,but in the use of energy management and cost control on the one hand,has not been effective management.Therefore,the hospital building energy consumption for the establishment of on-line monitoring system of hospital,a set of intelligent monitoring object,through equipment and computer communication,data acquisition,control system,a system for building energy consumption data acquisition,storage,statistics and display,can not only realize the online monitoring and dynamic management of energy consumption,but also can save a lot of resources,convenient management,effectively promote the hospital energy saving and emission reduction and green hospital construction.This paper mainly focuses on the study of several modules including,including center database system,data receiving and analysis system,dynamic configuration of control system and data display system,the module was the core of the system,determines the performance,safety and efficiency monitoring system.Receive and analysis system,which uses multi thread occlusion method based on data receiving service monitoring,to ensure that each of the receiving thread interference data receiving and writing,guarantee the concurrency,and at the same time,using Apache middleware as a cache,to ensure that data is not lost,to ensure the stability and security of the received data.Configuration of the system,using WinForm+WebService prepared,used for maintenance and configuration of building information and each branch sub etc..Including the basic information of construction,building and construction details of extension information;including collector,electric meter,branch and sub formula configuration.The configuration information,hand for receiving and parsing system provides the analytical basis,to provide basic data for display on the other hand,the data display system.Display system,using WebForm three layer architecture of writing,concise,detailed web Webpage through statements or graphic showing electricity consumption monitoring data.Including the single building energy consumption monitoring information and data display;display contrast between multiple buildings energyconsumption data.These can be displayed according to each sub electricity consumption(special electricity,air conditioning,lighting electrical sockets,power of using electricity or total electricity,construction area of electric energy consumption(unit building area,unit area of air conditioning,heating per unit area or total area)or time(hourly,daily,monthly,annually,or specific time)to view a building or several buildings curve or histogram.
