As a national high-tech talent training base,Colleges and Universities ne ed to purchase a large number of laboratory equipment for teaching every year,also get rid of some of the old laboratory equipment which does not meet teaching requirements.Especially in recent years,the state attaches importance of equipment management in colleges and universities,Regulates asset data report.Therefore,it makes the traditional assets equipment management model cannot meet the demand of the assets of existing equipment management in colleges and universities.Each year the asset data reporting not only waste a lot of manpower material resources,the assets data accuracy of Final report is also difficult to guarantee.Not only that,Cumbersome Process of the daily equipment asset management in Colleges and Universities,the rapid increase of operation and maintenance costs,Assets of equipment update not in time,the existence of some problems such as wasting precious assets of equipment idle has seriously affected the development of colleges and universities.RFID technology is in this context came into being.RFID technology of wireless remote automatic recognition function as communication laboratory physical assets and backend database server bridge,providing the technical support for the realization of the physical assets equipment information and the background database server information real-time synchronization.This paper mainly studies the real-time assets in colleges and universities equipment management system based on RFID in real-time asset equipment management software and the design of RFID read-write device.The main work is as follows:First,based on the existing assets of equipment management system design based on the RFID application of each function module is open.In an college as an example to analyze its assets on the basis of equipment management requirements,the entire assets of equipment daily management business process is divided into six modules: system maintenance module,data management module,asset inventory module,data reporting module,data query module,report forms printing module.Based on the existing asset management software,it adds RFID technology-related modules,and designs the communication module which manages the communication between Terminal equipment asset management software and Termi nal RFID read-write device.With this module,asset managers can be directly sent to the terminal RFID read-write device reads the terminal device information command of physical assets.Second,RFID read-write device is designed and developed.Also,this paper has designed the communication interface between each interface module of RFID read-write device and Equipment asset management software.Through the interface,RFID read-write device receives the equipment asset management software of all assets management instruction,and responds to instructions to end physical assets equipment for all kinds of assets management business.At the end of this article,the system was implemented and tested.After each management module test and physical assets RFID dat a terminal test,in this paper,the real-time asset equipment management system based on RFID technology can meet the demand of current assets management of universities.Contrasting equipment management mode and the effect of existing assets,a new design o f real time asset equipment management system based on RFID technology can save a large amount of manpower and Material resources.Meanwhile,it makes the traditional manual management mode transformation to automation software of network management mode,improved asset utilization rate of equipment and safety.
