At present, with the fast development of the computer network technology, the lever of Totally Integrated Intelligent Building Information System(TIIBIS) was more and more higher. This paper chose the background that it need provide the real-time data support to realize TIIBIS, discussing the design and the development of totally integrated information real-time data platform of building automation.The paper firstly introduced the function of real-time data platform in TIIBIS, designed the main frame of the system, and analyzed the features and functions of the frame. Moreover, according to the characteristics of real-time data platform, it studied theoretically the scheduling algorithm of real-time task, and maked performance analysis and comparison for two kinds of classical scheduling algorithm(RM scheduling algorithm and EDF scheduling algorithm).Secondly, in development of real-time data platform, OPC interface technology was used for the data integration of a great many intelligent subsystems in building. The author developed OPC client and OPC server program, and designed memory real-time database based on the dynamic link library.Finally, adopting J2EE architechure to develop a web systerm,combining with a series programming technology such as Structs,Hibernate,Ajax and ActiveX plug-in,can realize variety of functions,including real-time data dynamic refreshing for JSP page,trend analysis and report query.What is mentioned above makes all the function module and information module integrate to one management platform that ensure the information ensures the information implementation and the overall sharing of resources and tasks.Totally integrated information real-time data platform of building automation maked an integration of various subsystems to realize data exchange and sharing in the greatest degree. It can access different subsystems with convenience and flexibility, realize remote monitoring by adopting the Web framework of B/S(Browser/Server), and bring the real-time, stability, integration and opening up to the requirements of the real-time data platform. The real-time data platform introduced in this subject own strong practicality and innovation, I believed that it will have promising dissemination value and broad market prospect in the coming field of intelligent building.
