Experimental Training Teaching Management System Design And Implementation Of Vocational College

The informatization of experimental training education management in vocational colleges can effectively improve the utilization ratio of the experimental training equipment, standardize the teaching process of the experimental training, broaden the education space of the experimental training, thus enhancing the operational level in vocational colleges. The existing experimental training management system in vocational colleges, which is mainly oriented towards lab managers and advisors, is lack of research on the evaluation methods on the teaching quality and the standardization of the teaching management, let alone the effective management of experiments, practical training and practice in the vocational college-enterprise cooperation mode. So it can not gather information and provide reliable report for teaching administrative department and superior administrative unit according to teaching evaluation.On the basis of researches on the informatization of experimental training teaching management in vocational colleges home and abroad and the construction standards of demonstration-scale practical training bases in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward the construction project of the experimental training teaching management system in vocational colleges. Furthermore, according to the design target of this system and based on the in-depth study of system architecture and development techniques, together with the comparative analysis of web Application Development Framework of PHP and.NET, J2EE, weblogic, B/S structure and C/S structure, the author decides to use IBM Websphere application servers to develop the experimental training teaching management system in vocational colleges which is based on B/S structure and J2EE software developing platform. After the research of open source frameworks like Struts, Spring and Hibernate which are used in the MVC system development framework, the author uses Struts, Spring and Hibernate to develop the view layer, the business logic layer and data persistence layer respectively. The author also uses the loose coupling interface to achieve the reasonable separation of the code, thus improving the reusability, extendibility, portability and maintainability of the project code.Experimental training teaching management system in Vocational Colleges includes nine subsystems, which are experimental training teaching resource database, practical training management, practical training teaching, internship, Students Starting Enterprises Zone, practical training examination, public information, statistical analysis and systems management. This system not only provides common functions for experimental training teaching, but also analyzes all information and generates reports according to the teaching evaluation. Experimental training teaching resource database, internship and Students Starting Enterprises Zone are constructed according to the new development requirements of vocational education promulgated by the Ministry of Education, which can effectively promote the construction and sharing of teaching resources, regulate internship and student entrepreneurship.Through a range of tests and trials, the results show that experimental training teaching management system in vocational colleges possesses preferable usability, security and openness, thus having better promotion value and meeting the needs of practical teaching like experiments, practical training and practice in vocational colleges better.
