At present, the existing coal technologies under development, coal mining, processing and utilizationof environmental pollution caused by a series of problems, such as dust, solid waste, waste water, groundsubsidence, etc., to the atmosphere, water and the surrounding environment causing serious pollution,conventional coal environmental monitoring methods have been unable to meet demand. To be able todetect contamination and to take effective measures to prevent the spread of pollution and intensifiedShenhua Geological Exploration Co., Ltd.(later referred to as Shenhua company) decided to developM-SRSM-S (mine satellite remote sensing regular operation system), all-time, weather, dynamicmonitoring of large-scale coal environment and achieve operational environmental monitoring system. Theauthor is responsible for the entire process including research data management subsystem.Data management subsystem is a subsystem of the entire mining operation of satellite remote sensingmonitoring of operational systems, and its main function is through both manual and automatic mode, theimage data to an external data storage, and data services for the regular operation of the system ofproduction and data storage. In developing the system implementation process, the main application oftechnical data verification, concurrent data access control, message-based communication TCP/IPprotocol, unified data access interface, and remote sensing image data storage.The main work are: Firstly,fully understand and analyze user needs, based on the completion of theoverall design of the mine operational satellite remote sensing monitoring system data managementsubsystem running. Secondly, based on the needs of the user data, research and design data validation processes, concurrent data access control policy and message communication, to achieve access to imagedata. Thirdly, the data requirements for the system in the business of the production process, through aunified data access interface that provides uniform access to data services for the entire business of runningthe system. Fourth, According to the characteristics of HJ satellite remote sensing data, combined with theOracle relational database design and implementation of remote sensing image data stored in Oracle.Data management subsystem for the mining operations of satellite remote sensing monitoring systemprovides a good run data services, in the actual production environment, mining operational satelliteremote sensing monitoring system is running well, completed the pre-production targets, and increaseproductivity.
