Research On The Management Information Construction Of Tire Production Enterprises

Years of economic development have not only provided abundant material resources for human society,but also promoted fierce market competition among enterprises.As a manufacturing company,how to enhance its own competitiveness to respond to market shocks has become increasingly important.Through in-depth research on information technology,this thesis finds that relying on computer-aided modern management information system is of great help to the daily operation of enterprises.Immediately,the company A was taken as the research object,and through analysis and research on its current situation,a comprehensive set of information construction plans was proposed.At the same time,the methods and contents described in this set of plans can also provide reference and help for the information construction of other similar enterprises in the future.This thesis first introduces the research significance of enterprise management informatization,and conducts research and comments on relevant literature at home and abroad.It also explains the research content and structure of this thesis.Afterwards,this thesis has conducted research on related theories of informatization.At the same time,it clarifies the general method of management information construction.Then this thesis began to study Company A,and finally determines the construction of management information as the primary task of the current enterprise.Immediately made an analysis of the company's management information system needs.Finally,UML use case diagrams are used to model the requirements to further clarify the business requirements of each functional module in the system.Then based on the analysis results,this thesis uses the TOGAF architecture method to design the overall framework and functions of the company management information system,seven functional module business architectures,and three system technical architectures.At the same time,it also explained the supporting measures for the system construction,including the "leading project",the project implementation plan,5S site management,personnel training,supplier cooperation,etc.,and finally formed a relatively complete set of enterprise information construction Program.Taking this as an example,this set of plans can be used as a reference for the information construction work of the same type of enterprise in the future.In addition,in order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the feasibility of the program,an evaluation model is also established at the end of this thesis.Using analytic hierarchy process to calculate qualitative problems,the evaluation of this set of schemes is realized.I sincerely hope that this set of operation management information system based on the company's business processes and industry characteristics can bring gains for the company's future development,and at the same time can provide reference and help for the information construction of the same type of enterprise.
