Research And Implementation Of Digital Office Automation System Based On The King Dee Of AESB

With the popularity of computer application and the rapid development of network technology,office automation(OA)system has become an important part of modern enterprise.In the context of the current information growing popularity,government agencies also actively explore how to make the most of information technology in government administration so as to solve the current Political consultative problems fundamentally,such as important notice announcement news delay,proposal delay,etc.This Project is proposed by the current popular software development technology,combined with the software engineering related standard and thinking,and focus on designing and developing a suitable for Chinese authorities use network platform.The traditional office platform considers document data as the main object and achieves the basic office automation.However,it is not only short of support for collaborative work,but also incapable of realizing the rapid sharing and transportation of information and documents.In this paper,on the basis of the traditional office OA system,we put forward the digital office platform,which is based on AESB and reach the better realization effect in the respect of system integration and information sharing.Through the construction of the government's digital office platform,it improves the government image and speeds up the government honest construction,which makes it open,transparent,standardized and efficient.It plays an important role in helping the government become public satisfaction government.This article main work includes:(1)Studied the structure and application of the AESB enterprise service bus,and analyzed the AESB enterprise service bus,including microkernel system,distributed system and reliable information transmission capacity,etc.(2)Put forward the overall demand of integration platform,which is based on the integration requirement of digital office platform.At the same time,we have implemented the overall design of the platform and have carried on the detailed design on the component functions of the system,including unified user management component,unified authentication component,data exchange component,etc.(3)Implemented the digital office platform prototype system and completed the system testing work.At present,the digital work platform has officially run.The system indicators is stable and the platform significantly improves the efficiency ofoffice work.In the research and development project,the main advantage of the digital office platform,compared with the other office automation system,is to integrate AESB service bus technology and improve the system integration and the flexibility of the platform usage.
