Study On Audience Of The News Rapid Assessment Programs In Domestic Video Websites

The online video news rapid assessment program is a kind of new program appeared in recent years.It relies on the background of the site homemade program strategy,and the program style refers to the making pattern of network talk show,characterized by verbal language through speaking,imitating,teasing and singing,interaction-based transmission and the images with obviously specific significance.At present,it has developed into two types of programs,namely entertainment program and social program,and has occupied a space in IQIYI,Tencent,Youku and other video sites.In this paper,following conclusions are reached by analyzing the sample of the audience data for Tencent "News at 8:00 p.m.".Firstly,in terms of the natural characteristics of audience,the program has the sex characteristic that the proportion of male audience is much higher than that of female audience,regional characteristic that the audience density of first-tier cities is higher than that of other cities,as well as the age characteristic that young audience focuses on the viewing.Secondly,in terms of the viewing preference,most of the audience have the channel preference getting used to watch the program through PC,and the reading preference viewing pornographic and violent news.Thirdly,alternation of weekdays and holidays and the emergence of major news constitute the factors influencing the audience viewing habits through analysis.Based on the analysis of the audience,this paper believes that such type of program can be repositioned to broaden the audience;such program form can be designed again to enrich the types of programs,so as to meet the diverse needs of the audience;and such industry can be standardized again,so as to ensure sound and constant development of the program.
