| As a large agricultural country,the problems of rural,agricultural and rural education are very prominent.Rural education plays an important role in China's education,and bears a glorious mission in training talents.However,the gap between urban and rural education in China is still very obvious.In the process of rapid industrialization and stylization,the problem of rural education has not been fundamentally solved,especially in the professional quality of rural teachers.Compared with other cities,the lag of development is particularly obvious.In fact,this is closely related to the professional development of rural teachers,that is,in rural areas,especially in rural primary schools,the problem of limited professional development is very prominent.Based on the investigation of rural primary school teachers in H District,Baishan City,Jilin Province,this study explores the professional development path and strategy of rural primary school teachers.In the actual visit,we can find that the professional development of rural primary school teachers has developed to a certain extent,but there are some problems: the rural primary school teachers' occupation lacks enough attraction,the teachers' professional identity is insufficient,the overall level of education and research is not high,the lack of independent career development planning and internal motivation and external support for professional development.All of them are seriously inadequate.Therefore,in order to enable teachers to play a more active role in rural basic education,we need to do a good job in the professional development of teachers,so as to take this opportunity to more effectively improve the professional ability and practical level of rural primary school teachers.This research takes the professional development of rural primary school teachers in H District of Baishan City as the main objective,and takes the specific rural primary school teachers(rural primary school teachers in H District of Baishan City)as the research object.Based on the questionnaire and interview survey form,this paper studies the relevant theories of rural primary school teachers' professional development and teachers' specialty in educational practice.The practical problems and their causes in the development of the industry,and the effective ways to improve the professionaldevelopment of teachers are discussed and analyzed.On the basis of combining the actual characteristics of rural primary school teachers in H District of Baishan City and based on the analysis of the practical problems and causes of teachers' development,this paper puts forward some specific strategies,methods and ways to promote the professional development of rural primary school teachers at the present stage,which covers the establishment of an effective mechanism for the professional development of rural primary school teachers.The evaluation system,teachers' personal change of ideas,fully enhance the internal driving force of rural primary school teachers' professional development,and so on. |
