Teachers' profession not only has the function of educating people,but also has a high spirit of self cultivation.Only when teachers have a high ability to educate themselves.can they better achieve the purpose of educating people.Education is a complex system engineering.Teacher professional development in the system of education,it is also affected by the overall system.The professional development of teachers is not the individual thing of teachers,but closely related to the education system.It is deeply influenced and restricted by various factors in the complex educational system.How to make all kinds of unfavorable factors into favorable factors,and better promote the professional development of teachers,so that the teacher's "self cultivation" spirit and "self culti?vation" ability is constantly enriched and improved.Research shows that:Teachers' professional development can produce the following three aspects:first.to strengthen the professional quality of teachers.teachers need to develop in the direction of specialization.As a result of its objectives and at the same time,is also a kind of challenge.is the inherent requirement of the PE teachers themselves,only to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers,in order to fundamentally improve the professional quality of teachers;second only to the professional development of teachers occupation high degree of social recognition,natural specialization will improve their professional status and practical development is also affected by the degree of teachers'professional development;improve the social status of teachers requires teachers'specialization.And it will be respected by other people and recognized by the society.Teachers' professional development plays a very important role,and the reform of Teacher Education in China can not be separated from it.PE teachers are an important part of teachers,promote human health,cultivate all-round development of talents is an important responsibility of physical education teachers,however,the concept of teacher professional sports and sports teachers' professional development directly affects the all-round development of students.The responsibility of physical education teachers is very important and the task is arduous.Therefore,the direction of teachers' professional development should be more clear.This paper mainly uses literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods of MinXian rural primary school sports teachers basic situation,sports teaching situation,teachers' professional development and the status quo.the local physical education teachers continuing education and other aspects of the analysis,and study the factors of the development of PE Teachers professional way and the influence of teachers' professional development.finally put forward the relevant conclusions and suggestions,provide a favorable basis for the development of physical education and experience of rural primary and middle schools of MinXian.The main conclusions are as follows:5.1 MinXian rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the gender,age,education,professional title of the distribution structure is uneven.First,the gender ratio of male and female teachers is unreasonable,and the ratio is 6:1.The two is the uneven distribution of the teaching age of PE teachers.The number of young teachers is large,and experienced teachers are too few,so young teachers grow too slowly.Three is the uneven structure of educational background.While undergraduate education accounted for a larger proportion,but most of the teachers are in the first degree or college,were not significant on the effect of teaching.The four is the uneven distribution of teachers' Professional Title structure.It can be seen that MinXian has not paid enough attention to the title of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in rural areas.It is difficult for PE teachers to evaluate their titles,and their teaching enthusiasm is not high.5.2 MinXian rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers have heavy workload and heavy tasks.Responsible for morning exercises,class-break setting-up exercise speaking tasks,and served as the guidance of class work and extracurricular activities,resulting in the lack of energy to improve their professional abilities in the level of physical education is difficult to achieve a breakthrough,and the treatment of PE teachers in rural areas is not high.Therefore,there is a contrast between the workload and the treatment of teachers,which affects the enthusiasm of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and is not conducive to the development of rural sports education.5.3 MinXian rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching methods are lack of some,education evaluation institutions for PE teachers teaching quality evaluation needs to be strengthened.Improper use of teaching methods leads to students' loss of enthusiasm and active participation in physical education.Due to all levels of education of PE teachers evaluation standards and evaluation system has no unified standard,therefore,the MinXian Bureau of education for the MinXian sports teachers' evaluation also has not formulated the feasible scheme for high school physical education teachers in the college entrance examination scores as evaluation standard,but for rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers almost no evaluation criteria,resulting in physical teaching work without challenge and freshness for sports teachers,not conducive to the professionalization of PE Teachers' development.According to the investigation of5.4 through the MinXian rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional cognition,professional values,professional knowledge,professional ability,good teachers most professional cognition,professional attitude is strong,can love their work,a strong sense of professional identity,to gain a sense of their own work to strong social identity,while most of the teachers have the humanities the vast majority of social knowledge,with rich professional knowledge of sports,but professional abilities,such as teaching ability,demonstrating ability,classroom management ability,scientific research ability,in the effective development of rural primary and middle school sports teaching is insufficient.5.5 MinXian continuing education for physical education teachers do not pay enough attention,because of personal economic tensions,schools do not pay attention,heavy workload,poor training effect and other factors,physical education teachers have very few opportunities through school or collective organizations to participate in continuing education,at the same time,MinXian rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers training form,can hardly meet the requirements of professional quality only,PE teachers through self-study and correspondence to improve their professional level,improve teaching efficiency.
