| Rural revitalization needs to rely on talents,and the cultivation of talents needs to rely on education,and primary education is particularly important as the basis of basic education.As the practitioners and main force of educational reform,teachers should improve their quality,find the difficulties faced by teachers’ professional development and find the optimization path.In recent years,China’s primary education,especially rural primary education,has made great progress,but the new round of education reform has put forward higher requirements for rural primary schools.This paper chooses the rural primary schools in Beidaihe District,Qinhuangdao City as the research object,establishes a systematic analysis framework based on the current situation of rural primary school teachers’ professional development,finds out the key factors through problem analysis,and puts forward solutions to problems in combination with reality,so as to optimize the path of rural primary school teachers’ professional development.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the professional development of rural primary school teachers in Beidaihe District,this paper expounds the current situation of the professional development of rural primary school teachers in Beidaihe District,using the theory of teacher professional development,meta cognitive theory,the theory of balanced allocation of educational resources,combined with literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other research methods.According to the actual situation,the dilemma of the professional development of rural primary school teachers was analyzed in detail,mainly including that the training could not meet the needs of teachers at different stages,the difficulties in upgrading professional qualifications,the low effectiveness of professional development activities,the weak foundation of teachers’ professional knowledge and skills,the few opportunities for teachers’ professional development and the heavy task.Based on the relevant theories,this paper analyzes the causes of the difficulties in the professional development of rural primary school teachers in Beidaihe District from the three aspects of government and education departments,schools and teachers.Finally,the author proposes solutions to the plight of rural primary school teachers’ professional development in Beidaihe District from three aspects: government and education departments,schools and teachers,in order to help the work of rural primary school teachers’ professional development in Beidaihe District. |
