Research On Archives Management Of Fund Projects In Chinese Universities

The development of scientific research is of great significance for enhancing the country's comprehensive competitiveness and enriching the country's strategic resources.Scientific research projects is a series of activities undertaken to carry out specific scientific research.Related management work is essential to the success of the project.Fund project archives management can not only completely record the original appearance of scientific research,but also integrate scientific data in an orderly manner.It plays an active role in verifying scientific achievements and innovating scientific development in later generations.As the main force of scientific research,colleges and universities produce a large number of archives in the process of undertaking fund projects.At present,there is an urgent need for more scientific and efficient solutions to support related management work.Therefore,based on the current situation of university fund project archives management,this article puts forward some suggestions for the shortcomings in the management process in order to provide a theoretical reference for improving the level of university fund project archives management and supporting the development of scientific research.The article is mainly divided into three parts,including research overview,concept definition and theoretical analysis,and core research.The research overview part mainly summarizes the research situation at home and abroad,focusing on the three topics of scientific research archives management,scientific and technological plan project archives management and fund project archives management,and summarizes the research characteristics therein,and lays the foundation for the overall research work;the concept definition and theoretical analysis part mainly defined three core concepts of fund projects,university fund project archives,and university fund project archives management,and analyzed the content of project management theory and the theory of Life Circle of Records and their application in this article;the core research part first analyzes the connotation,type,composition,characteristics,value and function of the university fund project archives;then elaborates the composition,responsibility,characteristics of the subject of university fund project archives management,and put forward the perfect measures in combination with the actual situation;then analyzes the basic process of university fund project archives management from microscopic perspective,finding that there are problems in plan management,duplication management,management focus and resource processing and association,etc.,and put forward relevant recommendations one by one;finally,the paper explains the external environment of policies,technologies,funds and other aspects faced by the university 's fund project archives management from macroscopic perspective,and provides theoretical solutions for improving the environment from all aspects.
