Nowadays,the middle school are facing the tremendous pressure to survive and develop in the fierce social environment.And secondary school is the most important stage in the process of students' life development,the quality of teaching management in ordinary middle schools has a direct impact on students' learning enthusiasm and academic achievement,a good teaching management level can provide strong help for the promotion of the teaching level in ordinary middle school.On the contrary,if there are problems in teaching management,it will natur ally affect the quality of teaching in general middle schools.However,from the perspective of the current school teaching management,the situation is not optimistic.In the light of such fact,this paper will give a study from the aspects of both theory and practice to provide an effective way.In additional to the introduction,this paper is divide into three parts:Chapter 1,as the first part,focuses the study on the theoretical part.With the definition of teaching management and instructional leadership as beginning,this part will introduce and discuss the concept,subject,process,system of teaching management in the middle school,in which way a theoretical frame will be constructed and provide a theory basis of the investigation in second part.In chapter 2,the second part,taking the Z middle school in Hubei Province as an example,the questionnaire survey was conducted by questionnaires and interviews with the teachers in a typical Z middle school in Hubei province,and in-depth interviews with headmaster and management personnel,will give a full picture of actual situation about teaching management of the middle school:First,the concept of teaching management is not scientific;Second,the subject of teaching management is single;Third,the process of teaching management is not standard;Fourth,the system of teaching management is not perfect.This would help to find the problems existing in the management and the reason.According to these problems,the third part-Chapter 3 will put forward respective solutions to implement the teaching management effectively:set up the idea of scientific teaching management;Diversification of teaching management;standardize the process of teaching management;perfect the system of teaching managem ent.
