Optimization Of College Infrastructure Archive Management Process Based On ACM Model

In the era of the Internet of things,the construction of Green Campus and Intelligent Campus is in rapid development.The campus management process of service quality requirements is also rising.The traditional infrastructure file management can not fully meet the modern building and other project management applications in knowledge and information retrieval requirements,the Knowledge Management will focus on the preservation and preservation of archives.However,due to the limitation of the collection scope,the incomplete collection source and the single collection form,the traditional file management can not meet the needs of the project operation and maintenance.In this paper,a profound analysis of the problem,and build a model based on the ACM archives process management model.The model clarifies the requirements of the files to be collected and controls the number of files collected,so that the files collected by managers meet the needs of project operation and maintenance.This paper firstly analyzes the traditional construction archives management process,and then analyzes the existing problems in the process of traditional construction archives management.For the problem of inconsistency between collection and demand control,this paper uses the core catalog and expand catalog to carry on the detailed research on this problem.analysis.By building a case database,the contents of the extension directory are constantly changing.Expanding the adaptive method in the catalog model not only solves the problem of file collection,but also realizes the knowledge service better.Based on ACM,this paper transforms the management of infrastructure archives to knowledge management.The whole life cycle of infrastructure knowledge management is studied from four aspects:acquisition of knowledge,reuse of knowledge,identification of knowledge and maintenance of knowledge.Knowledge management closed loop,so that knowledge can be recycled,and in this cycle of continuous development and upgrading.In the model of knowledge acquisition,the construction of the case database,case selection algorithm and case out how to make a detailed discussion.Then,a knowledge management scheme of capital construction and building maintenance is put forward,which optimizes the knowledge acquisition of infrastructure files,the reuse of infrastructure files knowledge,the identification of infrastructure files knowledge and the maintenance process of infrastructure files.Which specifically describes the formation of the case database,and the expansion of the directory file formation process.At last,the author summarizes the content of the paper.
