In the environment of new media,the spread of information is different from the traditional way of communication.It spreads faster and has more lasting influence.The scope of radiation can be transmitted to any corner of the world.Once a public opinion crisis occurs in an enterprise,if there is no timely intervention and guidance,the public opinion crisis will become more and more severe,which will directly bring fatal impact to the enterprise.Driven by the era of Internet,the media exists in various formats with social media,such as public transport media,digital TV,mobile phones,etc.,which have become the carriers of information.The speed of communication is amazing,and the content of communication will be distorted and defaced to a certain extent.The interaction is strong,and the willingness of communication and sharing caused by people's following the public behavior is strong,which will inevitably lead enterprises into the abyss of death.It is enough to transfer the negative emotions from the enterprise to the society,which will restrain the operation of the enterprise and the development of the society.In this way,enterprises are required to make certain positive preparations under the environment of new media.Combined with the characteristics of business operation and the current situation of public opinion management,targeted measures are proposed to control and guide the development of public opinion and ensure the stable operation of enterprises.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and significance,research ideas and innovation points,as well as research methods and technical routes.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the public opinion hang up,from the connotation and characteristics of public opinion management,the elements and risk index of public opinion management,the function of public opinion management,as well as the difficulties and trends of public opinion management in the new media era.The third chapter is the current situation and existing problems of public opinion management in catering type companies,combining with the risk types and characteristics of the current situation of public opinion management in catering type companies,and puts forward the shortcomings in public opinion management.The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy based on the public opinion management of catering type companies,and discusses the specific principles and Strategies of optimization.The fifth chapter is the specific analysis of public opinion crisis management of the target enterprise,combining with the optimization principle of enterprise crisis management to determine the thinking,and put forward the corresponding management countermeasures and safeguard measures.Finally,it is the conclusion.It is found that the public opinion risk types of catering type companies are concentrated in the business links,food production and processing links,service links and consumer evaluation links.In terms of specific problems,first,the problems in the public opinion management of catering type companies involve unreasonable public opinion management process,insufficient understanding of the process,lack of consistent public opinion design ideas in the organization,imperfect standard management process,and lack of implementation strategies in the management process.Second,the public opinion management organization is not perfect.The establishment of the group lacks the organizational objectives,the organization is not competent,the management authority is not corresponding,and the post setting is rigid.Third,the public opinion management training is not in place,lack of public opinion related training awareness,insufficient depth of training research,and lack of targeted training content.Fourth,the construction of public opinion management system lags behind.At present,the catering industry has insufficient investment in the construction of public opinion management system,and the procurement system is still inclined to the tradition.Fifth,the public opinion management system is not perfect,some public opinion management systems are missing,and the basic public opinion management framework is built on the level of public relations.The research suggests that we should deal with the crisis through the basic principles of concept,law application,communication law,media application and seeking truth from facts.And in terms of specific optimization strategies,first,establish a standardized public opinion management workflow.Strengthen the understanding of public opinion process management,give full play to the function of the process,standardize the management process,and strengthen the implementation of the management process.Second,establish an efficient public opinion management organization,set up the crisis resolution objectives of the public opinion team,make a good organization,match the rights and responsibilities,and check the rigid posts.Third,strengthen public opinion related training.Strengthen the awareness of public opinion crisis training,strengthen the depth of training research,and carefully design the training content.Fourth,establish a comprehensive public opinion monitoring system,regularly check the internal public opinion incentives of enterprises,and regularly monitor public opinion information.Fifth,establish and improve the public opinion related management system.It is suggested that company a plan on the basis of principles,combined with the actual operation of the enterprise and the specific consumption and user characteristics of the catering industry,and formulate its own public opinion crisis countermeasures in combination with the general public opinion management crisis in the catering industry,which should be able to reasonably meet the needs of the general industry.The internal public opinion problems,combined with the development of the enterprise to provide sufficient security strategy,to ensure that the proposed strategy can be reasonable and effective landing,and can actively help enterprises reduce public opinion risk,while optimizing the internal management ability and external cooperation ability of enterprises.Specifically,based on the general principles of public opinion management,it plans on the process establishment,action efficiency,training,monitoring information system and system level of public opinion management,and puts forward corresponding management strategies.And in the system,personnel,cultural security level to put forward safeguard measures.
