With the continuous popularization of the Internet and the continuous updating of technology,new media has become an important way for the public to obtain information.Driven by the "two micro ends",the public can easily access information through new media,share and disseminate information.According to the current data,the number of Internet users in China is increasing,among which college students account for a large proportion.Due to the special attributes of colleges and universities and the large number of college internet users,public opinion events occur frequently in Colleges and universities at present.However,most colleges and universities have not yet established a perfect network public opinion event response mechanism.After the network public opinion events,especially the sudden network public opinion events,colleges and universities are likely to cause image damage or even trust crisis.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to make a reasonable analysis of the current network public opinion event response and establish an effective public opinion response and management plan.University network public opinion event is an important part of social network public opinion event.It is the sum total of consistent,open and influential views and attitudes of University behavior subject to focus issues through network communication and interaction,with obvious general characteristics of public network public opinion event.Under the influence of traditional thinking and maintaining the reputation of colleges and universities,when the network public opinion broke out in Colleges and universities,colleges and universities generally adopted "concealment" or simple "deletion" treatment.In the era of new media,the speed of information transmission has been accelerated,and the control of network public opinion events has no effect.On the contrary,due to the non openness and transparency of information,it is easy to cause the spread of network rumors Students,exacerbate the network public opinion crisis in Colleges and universities.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of network public opinion events in Colleges and universities is not only a challenge to the management of colleges and universities,but also a challenge to theideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Since the eighteen Party's Congress,the Party Central Committee with the core of general secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and attached importance to stimulating the vitality of Ideological and political education in the Internet,especially in the new media environment.Therefore,it is urgent to attach importance to the network public opinion work in Colleges and universities,improve the ability to deal with network public opinion events,and promote the healthy development of network public opinion work in Colleges and universities.This paper takes the guidance and management of online public opinion in Colleges and universities of Hebei Province as the research subject,takes typical colleges and universities of Hebei Province as the research object,and uses in-depth interviews to investigate the management and response of online public opinion in Colleges and universities of Hebei Province.Combined with the various stages of public opinion generation and diffusion,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the management and response of online public opinion in Colleges and universities,and makes reasonable construction I hope that through this study,it can provide help for colleges and universities to correctly respond to Internet public opinion events and build a harmonious and stable campus atmosphere.
