Project-based Teaching is based on students as the main body,the use of learning knowledge in real world Project to build the theoretical system,and solve the problems in the process of research and exploration in order to improve the overall quality of students this is a kind of learning model with enhanced ability.The teaching model has been widely praised,and has been applied in education reform at home and abroad.High school information technology curriculum has the characteristics of strong practicability and wide application scope.Project-based teaching has been more and more widely used in high school information technology curriculum teaching.The main goal of project schedule management is to make a reasonable and economical schedule within the specified time,and then check whether the actual schedule is consistent with the schedule during the execution of the plan,so as to ensure the project is completed on time.With the gradual deepening of research on project-based teaching method and the increasing popularity of practice,the more scientific implementation of this teaching method makes it better to complete the transformation from popularization to fine transformation,from volume to quality improvement,which has become a new demand.This article is from the progress of the project management management and the combination of the project type teaching concrete implementation,the complete research,embody "everything is project,everywhere is management" concept,in order to schedule management knowledge on the basis of scientific theory for the implementation of teaching information technology subject in high school more scientifically the project type teaching method,this research makes the study of project management application field of a broader,according to the integration of management thought and the education teaching can depend on,for the application of advanced researches and conclusions provide a good reference and reference.Combining with the actual situation of his work,through the study of the relevant theoretical knowledge of progress management,this study discusses the progress management theory and method in the field of project management,as the scientific basis for the implementation of teaching,in high school information technology teaching engineering more scientific implementation of project-based teaching method.On the one hand,the research results in the application field of progress management should be expanded;on the other hand,the implementation effect of project-based teaching in information technology teaching in senior high schools should be optimized.At the same time,the thinking concept of progress management should be reasonably used to meet the three-dimensional goals of education and teaching,so as to realize learning and teaching.In the process of applying theory and practice to information technology courses,the author analyzes the concepts and key features of schedule management and project-based teaching,and the feasibility of integrating them,which lays a theoretical foundation for teaching practice.In the process of concrete practice,the author combines the features of high school information technology course and the students' learning needs,and combined with the teaching purpose,advocates and the use of schedule management theory and method is applied to teaching management of the teaching form,in the process of the project completion in class to carry out the guides the student to use gantt chart,network diagram and the schedule management methods of basic and easy to use for schedule control.Through a series of evaluations in the teaching process and statistical analysis of the research results,the actual effect of applying the progress management method to the information technology project-based teaching in senior high school is basically verified,and the expected results are obtained.
