With the development of China's economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,the expansion of new industrialization needs more and more skilled talents,secondary vocational schools play an irreplaceable role in training technical talents for production,construction and service.The specific training objective of vocational education determines the prominent role of practical application teaching system in the process of personnel training.As a typical practical teaching form,internship has been widely used in secondary vocational schools in China.The implementation of internship involves the change of students' identity,the increase of management subjects,and changes in management methods.From the current actual situation,the effect of internship of secondary vocational school students is quite different,there are also many problems in the management of students during the internship.What problems do schools,enterprises and students have in the process of internship? What is the cause of the problem? How to solve the problem of student management during the internship in secondary vocational schools? The purpose of this study is to explore this issue.By means of field investigation and literature review,this study designed a questionnaire on student internship management in,take three secondary vocational schools in S city for example,it mainly involves the cognition and attitude of the secondary vocational students to the internship,the content and effect of the internship management,etc.It is intended to understand the status quo of the internship management from all aspects,the content of internship management is the main part of the questionnaire,which involves four dimensions: plan management,organization management,regulation management and evaluation management.The questionnaire data was input through SPSS22.0,using the methods of statistical description,factor analysis,T-test and variance analysis and so on,combined with the interview content,it is found that the main problems in the internship management of three schools are as follows:(1)The management of school is not fine enough.Before the internship,neglect t he formulation of internship outline;the mobilization training timeliness is not strong;the management process is not refined enough and there is a serious shortage of internship instructors;the internship assessment is not scientific enough;there is significant differenc e in the effect of internship.(2)The Enterprise has not fulfilled the corresponding management responsibility.During the process of internship,the enterprise,as the main body of management,does not give full play to the function of education and guidance;the support for students is relatively low,such as accommodation and training;during the internship,the rights and interests have not been protected effectively,compensation,working time,safety protection and so on.(3)The self-management consciousness of secondary vocational school students is weak.The main performance is lower on the cognition of the internship management,lower on the identity of the internship position,and lack of post competence.On the basis of the above research results,this paper analyzes the reasons of the management of the internship in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: schools,enterprises and students,then combined with human-oriented management theory,puts forward some countermeasures for the management of the internship in secondary vocational schools: schools should establish a people-oriented internship management model,establish organization,make plans,clarify the objectives of internship;set regulations,promote implementation,improve the process of internship management;double management subjects,all directions,establish three-dimensional evaluation methods.Enterprises should establish a people-oriented internship management system,establish a correct sense of cooperation between schools and enterprises,perfect the internship management system.Students should set up correct consciousness of career development,planning career reasonably,seek solutions problems actively,strengthen professional skills learning,take the initiative to improve professional ability.
