Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Internship For Secondary Vocational Students

With the diversification of social demand for talent structure,secondary vocational education has entered a new process of rapid development in our country,Practical education is an indispensable part of the secondary vocational education,internship as the main practice link,are increasing more and more attention of the society.China has introduced a lot of policy documents to improve the rationality and validity of internship,but in the actual conduct of Internship for Secondary Vocational School Students still exists many problems,affects the effect of internship.Therefore,conducting a comprehensive study in the problem is very important for internship,it also promotes the development of vocational education.To understand the actual situation of current internships for secondary vocational students,the author adopts the method of literature,the method of questionnaire survey and the method of interview,takes the secondary vocational students of Nanjing x secondary vocational and technical school,the relevant in charge of school internship and the cooperative enterprise personnel as the object of investigation,combines the relevant regulations of the Regulations on Student Internship Management in Vocational Schools.The author uses quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the existing problems of internship.The author in the study found that,in our country at the present stage of the secondary vocational school students in the internship process has the following problems:the imperfection of pre-internship organization,the backward focus of teaching,the inadequate management of internship subjects,the lack of effective evaluation system of internship,etc..In view of the above problems,the author proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions,the three-dimensional framework is discussed from three aspects:constructing a system for internship support,strengthening the educational purpose of process management,developing and researching a new model of top post practice.In this paper,the secondary vocational education of our country student internships provide useful guidance and help.
