Study On Student Internship Management In Vocational School

To persist in service-aiming and job-orientation is the purpose of secondary vocational education.Replacement Teaching Practice is necessary for building student's vocational skills.Replacement teaching practice can't make progress without market.Vocational schools' students go in for internship is not only a good way to develop their professional skills,but also improve management level of school and enterprise.At present,secondary vocational school student go in for practice is a mainly developing trend of our practice teaching.Along with rapid economic development the demand of professional talents becomes stronger.It sets higher demands on secondary vocational education.But secondary vocational schools have many problems in the management of internship.Mainly shown in unsound system of internship management,non-standard internship system and ineffective management.All those problems restrict the development of internship management.For this purpose,this paper takes Kunming Finance Business School as an example,research the problem in management of replacement internship.Main contact as follow:Chapter One Instruction,the research background,significance,introduces the relevant experiences and experiences in foreign professional education system,summarizes the current research status of the current internship in China,the research method adopted.Chapter Tow Conceptions and Theory about Management of replacement internship,include Management of replacement internship,Policy of internship,Deconstructionism Theory,Situational learning theory,the unification of knowledge and practice.Chapter Three analyses of Replacement Internship Find problems in replacement internship management about plan,organization,adjust and control,explain the reasons.Chapter Four suggestions on improving the management of students in secondaryvocational schools.Put forward solutions for problems existing in practice management,in order to improve the secondary vocational schools to the students in the internship management.Improve the management level of practical teaching.
