As an integral part of the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and the training model of vocational education talents,the post-internship has received great attention from the state.Since 2005,the state has issued a number of post-internship policies.In particular,in 2016 and 2018,the 96 middle and high vocational professions(category)" Professional Internship Standards of Vocational School" promulgated by the Ministry of Education which promoted the standardization and institutionalization of vocational school internships.The standard comprehensively requests from the post-internship objectives,time schedule,internship conditions,content and requirements,assessment and evaluation,and internship management of each major,and stipulates that each vocational school should incorporate the post-internship standards into the personnel training program as a vocational school organization.The main basis for the internship.In view of the status and problems of the internship in the scenic zone of the tourism majors in secondary vocational schools,I took the internship standard of the tour guides in the "Professional Internship Standards of Vocational School" as a blueprint for the internship of the tourism management students in Guizhou Province.Through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation,I surveyed 10 scenic spots in H Scenic Area,C Scenic Area,B Scenic Area,Y Scenic Area,L Scenic Area,W Scenic Area,T Scenic Area,G Scenic Area,S Scenic Area and D Scenic Area in Guizhou Province.These 10 scenic spots received From Guizhou Province L School,Guiyang N School,Guiyang Z School,Zunyi City L School,Anshun C School,15 schools in 2015 and 2016,a total of 140 secondary vocational tourism management interns.In the scenic area,the school convened an in-school internship instructor with experience in management interns and a scenic internship instructor to conduct an investigation meeting,and listening carefully to their opinions and opinions on the internship problems of the students;even by knowing the current situation of internships in the scenic spots of tourism students in Guizhou secondary vocational schools.On the basis of the cause of the problem,we will propose to targeted countermeasures as the problem and promote the smooth development of the student's scenic zone internship.
