Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,The Times endows rural education with a special mission.Rural education is one of the focal points of rural development.Junior middle school education is an important stage of nine-year compulsory education,which is a key period for students' physical and mental development.Its development is a "barometer" for the development of rural education.Class management of junior high school plays an important role in achieving the goal of junior high school education.It is not only a system engineering,but also an important part of school management.Scientific and reasonable class management is the basic guarantee for schools to form efficient teaching order,guarantee teaching quality and realize talent training.As the main responsible person of class management,the head teacher is one of the important promoters of the development of rural education and plays a great role in promoting the development of rural education.However,in reality,due to many reasons,many teachers are not highly motivated to serve as a head teacher,or even unwilling to serve as a head teacher.However,this increasingly prominent dilemma has not been widely paid attention to.This study with a new theory of behaviorism,accrual balance theory as the theoretical basis,using the grounded theory of qualitative research methods,rooted in the countryside junior middle school,the Yuexi county 50 junior middle school teacher in charge,68 rural junior high school teachers,131 junior high school student to carry on the investigation and study,through questionnaires and interviews,found in the strategy of rejuvenating rural background,the countryside junior middle school teacher in charge's predicamentmainly for seven aspects : themselves are not willing to,but have to as;Great responsibility,but little power;The workload is big,but the head teacher allowance is little;Coordination of teachers is more difficult,but less support;Parents are demanding and less cooperative;Left-behind children rely on the head teacher,but the understanding is one-sided;Improve their management Skills,The spirit is willing,but the strength is not.Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,the author analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the work of the head teacher,and makes breakthroughs from the internal: the head teacher improves his professional development level;External guarantee: from the two aspects of constructing the external guarantee of good class management,this paper discusses the corresponding countermeasures to break through the dilemma of rural junior middle school head teacher.
