Along with the transfer of labor force,due to parent-child separation of left-behind children education lack of education,morality and life helpless,love lost,psychological imbalance,safety cover a series of problems such as loss caused the wide attention of the society.School is the main place to left-behind children living,learning with the increasing number of left-behind children,education management put forward new challenge to rural schools,aiming at how to solve the left-behind children of rural school management problem,not form a scientific and effective,the benign interaction,education management mechanism in the system,what is more about these problems aside,ignore or poor continuity.Based on this,this study attempts to Hubei Normal primary school(Shijing town)proofread left-behind children management as the research object,combined with relevant theory to explore the region in view of the problems existing in the management of left-behind children,and then put forward the corresponding counter measures and Suggestions.Thesis carding the related research of left-behind children first,at the same time for the analysis of the related theory,and the key concepts are defined-This thesis mainly based on school management point of view,the analysis of the management of the rural left-behind children in rural schools is the main position of left-learning,life,and the improvement of school management of the left-behind children is the most direct and most effective way.In school,left-behind children moral education management,the improvement of the school curriculum,and the management of left-behind children living and relating to the left-behind children related to public relations management is essential to solve the problem of left-behind children.On the basis of the above theory,the school as a case study to Hubei Normal Primary school on rural left-behind school management,present situation analysis,found that aiming at many problems of left-behind children school management.School moral education management problems,such as lag of school moral education,moral function of moral education and teachers' professional quality needs to improve;Problems existing in the courses,such as the curriculum is imperfect,lack of mental health education,insufficient safety legal system education,school curriculum and local curriculum;The problems existing in the management level of life,such as students diet quality remains to be improved,accommodationenvironment to be improved,loopholes in campus security work.Problems of school public relations level,such as public school education funds inadequacy,the school public relations management idea is weak,the public schools are still in the seller's market.In addition,Adolescent students whose bodies and minds are in the stage of rapid growth.The problems in process of growth cannot be confided to their parents in time.The long-term closure makes the child feel inferior,fearful and averse to society.Lack of sense of security,the incidence of accidental injury to left-behind children is much greater than that of ordinary family children.Although attention to this group has increased in recent years,the management of left-behind children has not been well resolved.Based on the background information,this article studies the special performance and causes of left-behind children management,and explores the feasibility management strategies of left-behind children from the perspective of school level,so that they can grow up healthily.Finally,taking the Hebei Normal Primary School as an example,the current situation of the left-behind children in the school has been combined with,summed up the special management and achievements of left-behind children in the school,and provided reference for further research on the management of left-behind children.
