Recently,with the development of the economy,more and more rural migrant workers in cities,rural surplus labor gradually migrate to the city,the phenomenon of rural left-behind workers.In this phenomenon,the problem of left-behind children is particularly prominent.At this time,left-behind children in rural primary schools will have many problems in study,life and Psychology.Based on this,this study attempts to explore the problems existing in the educational management of left-behind children in local rural primary schools by investigating the educational management of left-behind children in Furong town central school,combining with relevant theoretical knowledge,and proposing targeted measures based on the local actual situation.We hope that all sectors of society can pay more attention to this special group,so that rural primary school left-behind children can grow up healthily.Focusing on the theme of education management of left-behind children in rural primary schools,this paper mainly uses three methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to dig into the theme.Based on the school,combining with the family,the government and the society,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties in the education management of left-behind children in rural primary schools,and discusses how to improve the measures of education management,so as to improve the education management of left-behind children in Furong town central school.
